The house has a small garden and patio area, a modern kitchen complete with a washer and dryer, a good sized living room with a gas fire and a good sized bath room with both a bath and a shower.

The house is located in the city center (S2 area) and is a street away from SUFC. The house is a 5 - 10 minute walk from SHU City campus & City college. It is also a 15 minute walk from the Uni of Sheff & Collegate campus. The house also has good amenities surrounding it including Takeaways, Aldi, Asda, Mcdonalds, 24 hour corner shops & KFC.

We are friendly, tidy and easy to get along with. students are preferred due to council tax but other situations would be considered. WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO MOVE IN OVER THIS SUMMER AS WELL AS THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR.
