Its a non-smoking house hold but I have no objections to people smoking in the garden
This is a nice quiet area that is handy for the city centre and the NG hospital.
its Also on the main bus route 97/98 go directly up Scott Rd
A multitude of busses on Barnsely rd going in to town / Firth Park and Medlow Hall . 15 minute bus journey

Kitchen , 7 ring gas range cooker with double oven . Big load washing machine can take a duvet
back sitting room /dining room

Separate bathroom . with heated towel rail and full length roll top bath with overhead shower
. The use of the washing machine and wi-fi and on street parking
Small garden but do have an allotment 2 streets away were at times hold BBQ and sit and relax .
The general house hold cleaning to be shared . mopping floors, putting out bins extra . Nothing that is not in the day to day running of a shared house . Bfriends and Gfriends are welcome
