Summer superb double room!

Hi!
I live in a terraced house in South Road (Walkley) with two other postgraduate students.
I'll be away for 2 months starting the 1st of August. My room is a large double-bed room on the first floor,
with desk, chair, small cabinet and a wardrobe, apart from the bed; there's also an under-stairs closet annexed to the room.
The house has a small kitchen, dining room, living room, cellar and bathroom apart from the three bedrooms. Entrance from the rear garden.
Facilities include a gas oven, washing machine, microwave, other kitchen ware, electric shower. The house is fully furnished.
The price is 300 £ per month. Bills are not included but they are quite low.
The room is available from August to the end of September.
We're looking for a friendly postgraduate student.
