Hi,
I am letting my room for 4 months in Crookes!
I am a PhD student and I have to go away during that period.
The house is in the heart of Crookes, two minutes away from the Crookes shops and five minutes away from Bole Hill Park (which offers some of the best views in Sheffield).
The house is bright and clean and has a shared living room, kitchen, shower / bathroom and outdoor patio / garden area with garden furniture. The room is double, and great! (which is why I want to keep it when I'll be back!).
The current housemates are Andy and Bryony, and we are also looking for somebody to take the fourth room.. Andy is a PhD student, a very cool guy! Bryony is studying biology and just moved in, and she is really nice too!
They have a variety of interests including music, cooking, sports (Bryony is a British champion of trampoline, running, squash, football etc), board games, film / cinema, literature, Peak District etc. They both have busy lives but find time to socialise as a house. We prefer to keep the house reasonably clean, so hopefully you'll do the same! Andy is vegetarian, though he doesn't mind if you aren't (our current housemates aren't either!). It's a no smoking house, so any smokers will have to take advantage of the garden furniture (I am a smoker, and the garden is great for that!).
I am looking for somebody to take the room from 1st October to 31st January, though there may be some flexibility to move in earlier and to move out later if you need to.
