We are looking for two people to fill two rooms in our 6 bedroom terraced house on Brunswick Street.

Both rooms are large and contain a double bed, wardrobe, desk, mirror, and a set of drawers. The property has two bathrooms, a lounge area, kitchen, conservatory and an outside patio.

The location is excellent for the city centre and only a five minute walk away from university (Brunswick Street is the road opposite bar one!)

Rent is £79. 50 per week. Bills are paid through glide, which works out at £9. 92 per person, per week.

The remaining tenants are sociable, easy going and this will be their 2nd year as students (3 males and 1 female).
