Located in Crookes it is in easy reach of the University of Sheffield by foot in less than 20 minutes, and has a reliable bus service into the city centre.
Bills would be shared between 4 and are currently around £35 per month (excluding council tax if applicable to you)

The bedroom comes fully furnished - double bed, wardrobes, drawers and desk/work station.
