Very large, beautiful room to rent

I have a very large, sunny room in 2 floor house in S6 to rent. The house is newly furnished including a new bathroom and kitchen. The location is ideal. The house is on a calm, green street, off Daniel Hill with a big back garden, and a small front garden. At the corner of the house there are 2 grocery shops (open late), 3 take away restaurants, a post office, a café, a gym with a swimming pool, and a pharmacy. Tesco, Aldi and Iceland are 3 minutes away. 2 minutes down the road there is the tram stop (stop: Infirmary road: 2 tramlines, 2 tram stops or a 15 min. walk through 2 beautiful parks to the University of Sheffield ) and several buses to the city center (8 minutes to the center). Utilities are shared according to use. My ideal housemate is a nice professional or a (PhD) student in his/her late 20s to mid/late 30s. About me: I am a cheerful, friendly, and easy going person. I am originally from Vienna (Austria), and have lived in several European countries (Italy, France, Ireland) and the U. S. I am open minded and internationally oriented. I just recently moved to Sheffield for a job at the uni. I keep the house very clean and I expect my housemate to do the same. Looking very much forward to hear from you! PS: I rent the room from September onwards, but in case you need the room a little before or from 1 of October onwards, that is fine as well.
