Mid size double in a spacious, friendly house.

Hi! We have a double room available in our friendly shared house of two young professionals. Move in date is flexible.

The room is light and airy, has a view over the back garden and has a corner desk, full length mirror and a large wardrobe/cupboard with plenty of storage space.

The house has a large, recently refurbished, well equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 fridge-freezers (so no stress over food space!). The bathroom was also refurbished last year and has a decent, reliable shower and a bath.

We have recently redecorated the lounge, which has a log-burner, TV and big sofas.

The house is all double glazed with warm central heating and superfast 60Mb fibre broadband.

We are active, outdoorsy people, into running, biking, climbing, gymming (Hillsborough Leisure Centre is a convenient 7 min gentle jog away) and hiking, collectively. The house is excellently situated for easy access to the Peak District and the Rivelin Valley is great for wooded walks and off-road runs.

We are looking for a clean and considerate young professional (preferably female) to join our friendly household.
