Double Bedroom To Let For Student In 3 Bdrm House

Hello. We have a double room to rent in our 3 bedroom house located in Walkley. The house is fully furnished, with a large kitchen and dining room, a separate living room, a basement utility room and a single bathroom with a large shower stall. The house is also equipped with 50mb fibre broadband. The surrounding location is safe and quiet, and the university is only a 20 minute walk away. Transport wise, there is a bus stop at the top of the road, with buses that travel into town and also to the train station. Me and my other housemate are PhD students at the university and so would prefer either post-graduate students or masters students to apply.
