Room, in country Farm House S363ST

I own a beautiful farm house with 5 acres of land and nice gardens, plenty of garden and car parking. Great for walks, cycling. Good transport routes into town, express bus to Middlewood then Tram. I am an academic but still think i am a student, frequently skint! On the plus side, i don't mind what time you roll in nor what state you are in. I have a good sized room. The only thing that may not be so popular is i have dogs, and some exotic animals, but you wont ever have to see these if you don't want too! So cheap room in a gorgeous area, great for final year students that need some quiet to get on with work. I am out a lot, work 13 hours a day.
