Double room to let in a 4 bed house. close to Jct 31 of the M1, easy access to Sheffield, Rotherham, Worksop and Chesterfield. You will be sharing with live in landlords, male and female. Quiet cul de sac with driveway parking, large garden.
( Smokers only permitted to smoke outside). Use of all amenities. Preferably looking for someone to live as part of a family. If preferred, I am happy for you to contribute to food cost, so all meals will be included.....( may have to chip in with the cooking though sometimes, however I manly do all that).We are very laid back and easy going with good sense of humour. Any questions, please ask. Will also consider weekends stay too.
