Hello, my room is now available in a shared student house. The room is a double room with a desk, the house is brand-new refurbished - we are the first students in it! The house is really lovely and it's 4 bedrooms so you'd be sharing with three other lovely boys. The boys are students aged between 20 and 23. They have a massive TV, sky, broadband and ALL bills are included in the rent. There's a bath and a shower, and a really lovely, brand new kitchen.
