Beautiful room nr. Ecclesall Rd w/ 3 friendly guys

Hey!

I am moving out of my nice big room in Hunters Bar due to getting a flat with friends.
Gutted to be leaving.
The room is £338. 29 a month with all bills, internet etc included except for water which is quarterly and costs next to nothing.
You get big chunky floorboards, an art nouveau fireplace, big light bay windows and a little chandelier. It's very funky and different to other rooms out there!

Clean house, There's a communal living room, garden, kitchen with 3 fridges a freezer washing machine microwave etc. One bathroom but there's never any queuing as we all have different schedules.

Just down the road from Ecclesall Road with all the amentities, a bus that takes 10 mins to get to town (or the walk is only 25 mins!).

Housemates are all lovely, interesting people very easy to get on with :)
