I have two Double Room to rent at my house. The house is a new build located in a quiet family neighbourhood with the "mandatory" local chippy and corner shop.

It is a 3 bedroom house with one shared bathroom upstairs, downstairs toilet, open plan kitchen & dining area and spacious living room. Large garden at the back ideal for BBQs in the summer and two off street parking spaces at the front (more on street).

There is a tram stop less than 5 minutes from the house for easy access to the train station (5mins) town (10mins)and uni (15mins), or you can walk to town or the station in about 15 to 20 mins. Norfolk park is also 5 minutes away.
