Constant hot water is provided by a combi boiler. The lounge mentioned above is a spacious south-facing one, with french doors onto the garden. It has a Smart TV, chairs and sofa.

Also on the ground floor is shared open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, sitting area and utility room which has a washer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, two ovens and hob. One of the fridge freezers and one of the ovens is for the sole use of the tenants. The south-facing living space has two comfy sofas with 50" TV, and bi fold doors open onto a large enclosed rear garden. There is unlimited broadband.

The house is close to the bus stops, local shops and supermarket. Gas, electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband bills are included.

The house is occupied by me, an easy-going live-in landlady and my son, aged 26. My 23 year old daughter and her border collie dog are often around.
