Double rooms available in Crookes!

I am a student at the University of Sheffield studying biology. Have three rooms available (two double and one single) in a house about 10-15 minutes away from the university (so ideal for students). This house is walking distance from shops and supermarkets making staying alive an easy job. I don't really mind whoever wants to live with me. I am not intrusive so you would get all the privacy you need. The house already has a lot of basic requirements (internet availability, kitchen supplies, decent furniture, etc...) available so it should be fairly straightforward moving in. Students only (to maintain council tax exemption).
