Room for rent - Hunters Bar

Hi I have a double room to rent in my house available now. The house is located in Hunters Bar which is a great area for bars/restaurants.

I am looking for someone who is very clean and tidy and will be respectful of my house.
I like films and football so always up for watching these together!

House is fitted with a wood burning stove, Dishwasher and has a washing machine and tumble dryer as well.

There is a 4 year old cat in the house that is very friendly and very playful so in case you have allergies this house probably isn't for you!

All bills are included so price is all in.
