Hi! We have a great double bedroom which is ready to be moved into from the 17th November in our three bed house located in Broomhill.

The House:

Terraced house with cellar, downstairs, first floor and attic room. 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath and shower, large living room with sofas, separate dining room adjacent to the kitchen and a spacious kitchen with plenty of storage space, oven with gas hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. Central Heating. On street parking is available but a permit is required.

The Room Available:

The room is situated upstairs and features a double bed, bedside tables, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and a redundant fire place.

Current Housemates:

We are Amy and Laura, 21 and 22 years old, both graduates and working around the city. We are friendly and sociable people who enjoy relaxing in the evenings with friends over dinner, but going out at the weekend. Someone to join us in this would be amazing.

We are looking for a friendly and sociable person with good conversation to share our house with and ask for a considerate, clean and tidy but laid back housemate :) A young professional would be preferred in order to contribute to the council tax, but as long as this contribution is made a student would also be suitable.

The Surrounding Area:

The house is in a great commutable location, 2 minutes walk from Broomhill high street, 10 minute walk to Sheffield Children’s Hospital and Royal Hallamshire Hospital and a 15 minute walk to Sheffield Students’ Union and the main University campus.

Broomhill is a bustling area due to the closeness of the University and has plenty to offer with a range of amenities including shops, pubs and restaurants.
