Good sized double bedroom on middle floor in a lovely end terrace. Would be living with 2x primary school teachers and one trainee teacher, all lovely girls really sad to leave this house but I have secured a job in York and have to leave sadly!
Cheap rent at £215 a month and bills no more than £40 a month, already split and organised by the lead tenant.
Close to shops/restaurants and 10min bus to city centre. £200 deposit, clean friendly house... as I say sad to go.
The current tenants all went to sheffield hallam, so although they are now teachers at the weekend they do like to go out, but equally like nights in aswell, and are mainly busy throughout the week.. any questions please text me ... working until 5pm at weekdays so will reply after this time, please text not call if possible.
