I'm leaving Uni as I've found a job. I need my tenancy to be handed over to someone ASAP.

The rent has been paid up until January.

The house is on Pomona St, just off Ecclesall Rd and is a two minute walk from the Collegiate Campus and is a fifteen minute walk from the City Campus.

The room is spacious and has a double bed. It also includes a wardrobe, table & chair, drawers and a mirror.

The house has five bedrooms and two shared bathrooms with a brand new kitchen/living area especially for this year.

The rent would normally be £88 per week, including bills (electric, water, internet, tv etc).

The current tenants are great people and are very likeable.

If interested, please contact me ASAP as the landlord would need to be notified.
