Double room in brand new house

Hi I'm a 26 year old teacher looking to rent out my spare room. I previously shared with my friend but she has had to move out recently. I'm incredibly house proud and like keeping things clean. Ideally I would like someone who is of a similar age and who us quite social too. The room is unfurnished at present but thus could be changed if necessary. I hope to hear from you soon.
