This is a terraced house situated in Crooks and is within 15 minutes walking distance of the city centre. Amenities include - Central heating, fitted kitchen and a cosy living room with TV.
We are looking for someone to rent a large downstairs double room situated at the front of the house. The room has a double bed, a large desk, cupboards and plenty of space. You'll have a good sense of humour and enjoy being sociable with housemates who are out at work in the day but are friendly and easy to get along with.
There's a great patio area out back with chairs and a table. The garden area is low maintenance and we've got great neighbours.
