Beautifully presented house near eccy road

We have two double rooms to rent in a four bedroom house in Greystones by ecclesall road in Sheffield. It is beautifully presented throughout and all bills are included in the rental price.

You will be living with myself and my partner who are both Doctors currently working at Barnsley hospital. We only want to live with people who will appreciate us working nights and weekends, and wont have loud get togethers at the house due to this. As we have spent a lot of time and money decorating the house to a very high standard, we need a house mate who isn't messy and will respect the property. I know this makes us sound really picky but these are really our only conditions! It is a very calm and relaxed house and we simply want to keep it this way.
