The rent includes all bills except gas and electricity which the landlords pay a proportion of in order to help with costs. (Only reason they don't include energy bills is because they are environmentally conscious and wouldn't like energy to be wasted - they're very lovely people!)
Housemates are 3 PhD students. Everyone does their own thing but it's a friendly house to live in. Would suit a post-grad student/undergrad mature student or young professional.
I'm only moving out because I have now bought a property. I'm hoping to move out as soon as someone else is ready to move in. (Preferably before the 9th Dec)
