Very spacious, newly renovated room

Hi,
I have a very large (i don't have a wide angle camera so the photos don't do it justice), newly refurbished attic room (3rd floor) in my house for rent. As part of the room there is space in the eaves cupboards for storage and use of a walk in store cupboard/wardrobe. It has a new, thick carpet and 2 velux windows that keep the room nice and bright (with blackout blinds). There is currently a bed, wardrobe other storage in the room, this can be used or removed if you have your own furniture that you want to bring.
Within the house there is a new bathroom with separate bath and shower and space in the cabinet. A cosy lounge with a large TV and a gas fire. The kitchen has been recently refitted and has all the usual things found in a kitchen. There is a garden with decking and gas BBQ for the summer months.
I am a 35 year old (male) teacher. I enjoy going to the cinema, travelling and playing and watching sport. I keep the house clean and tidy and would like similar. The house is in Lower Walkley, 30 seconds from the bus route into town and 4 minute walk to the supertram. There is on street parking available also.
Rent is £380 pcm bills included (including internet). It is available from the 15th September ish.
