Lovely furnished room in a non-smoking shared house of young professionals (2 guys, 1 girl).
The property is a new build and shared facilities include a spacious modern kitchen, lounge, bathroom, WC, Wi-Fi and free private parking.
5 mins from the local shops/pubs/restaurants and the 52 bus route. Also within close proximity of the universities and city centre.
The house is tidy and in good condition and we are looking for a young professional (working regular hours) who will respect this. The cleaning of the communal areas is divided equally between the tenants each week and we are looking for someone who is willing to take joint responsibility for the smooth running of the house. If you are fed up of grotty student houses, this may be the house for you!
The moving date is flexible so please get in touch. Preferably we would like people to view early January.
