We are 2 friendly, sociable female professionals seeking another housemate to join our household!

The room is a spacious ground floor room with plenty of storage space and double size bed. The room also features a lovely ornate fire place and a full height panelled window with folding wooden shutters. Bills are approximately £95 per month which includes gas, electric, council tax, water and internet.

The house is situated a stones throw away from Crookes high street and a 10 minute walk away from Broomhill. Both areas are full of shops, restaurants and amenities and the whole area has a friendly, casual atmosphere. A couple of metres away from the local 52 bus route, there is fast and efficient access to town and Sheffield train and bus stations. Although they too are placed on the bus route, it is a 20 minute walk to Sheffield University and Student’s Union as well as the local Hospitals.

The property itself is a mid-terrace two storey house. The shared living room (complete with television and freeview) and shared bathroom are situated on the first floor, whilst the spacious kitchen is at the back of the property on the ground floor. Our neighbours on all sides are friendly and the house is secured front and back with sturdy doors as well as an internal alarm system.

The current flatmates are two young female professionals - we are pleasant, clean, tidy and friendly and are looking for a like minded person to join us! We both work full time - one of us for the Student’s Union and the other for the University and as such students and young professionals alike are welcome to contact us.
