Available room from March to July 2015, in a shared house of 7 people on Watson Road, Broomhill. Just a 5-10 minute walk from university and 15-20 minute walk from the city centre. Rent is £80 per week and bills approximately £20 per month, no deposit required! Room comes with plenty of storage space, bed, computer chair and desk. House includes 2 showers and 2 toilets, with a separate living room and kitchen. Kitchen is fully furnished including 2 ovens and 2 fridge/freezers. Housemates are friendly and will be more than happy to help you with anything during your stay. If there's anything else you want to know then don't hesitate to ask.
