All inclusive double room available

I'm looking to rent out my spare room. It is a double room with double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side light, mirror, blinds and curtains. The house has plenty of storage in the loft and and a lovely garden to sit in when it's warm.

I'm within walking distance of the city centre, universities, Kelham Island and Hallamshire Hospital with a bus stop at the top of the road and short walk to the tram. There are loads of amenities in the area - cafes, pubs, takeaways, shops etc so very convenient.

I own the place so you'd be sharing with me and my 1 cat. I'm a 34 year old dietitian who works at the northern general hospital so need to be sensible during the week but would enjoy some sociable company; but I like to let my hair down at weekends. I enjoy yoga, walking, reading, clubbing and cooking,

The room would be ideal for a mature or post-grad student, or professional. Monday to Friday lettings also welcome.
