A very big double room on the first floor of a propierty located in the great area of London Road. Here you can find great bars, restaurants and supermarkets close to home and also is really well communicated with the city center.

The Universities (Hallam Sheffield University and University of Sheffield) are reached in about 15 minutes walking.

The Room offered is fully furnished with a desk, double sized bed and a big closet. Furthermore, the house has two new refurbished bathrooms that include full size showers, and a new refurbished kitchen.

Bills are not included in the room's price, they cost about 9. 50 pounds a week (gas, power, water). Internet broadband is available and costs 3. 85 pounds/month.

Current housemates are very friendly and helpful, all of them are post-graduates.
