Double Room to let on South Road

I’m moving out of my current accommodation so I’m looking for someone to replace me.

I am advertising for a fairly large room on the first floor of a three bedroom house. The room comes with its own separate study. The property has fairly large and spacious kitchen/living area and garden. The rental period would be from the 20th of February until the 30th of June for a total of £1127, paid in advance, which is approximately £282/month, without utilities.

There is an option to continue the contract, if you wish, but that would have to be discussed with the landlord.

An earlier move in date could also be arranged, provided I move out fairly soon.

As I’ve been in charge of utilities they have been quite cheap so far and the water bills are due to be paid off in March, so utilities will become even cheaper. I shall be transferring utility obligations to one of the current housemates so one needn’t worry about that.
