So we've just rented this big house off sharrowvale Road and want to share it with someone as it's far too big for just the two of us.

Available is the attic room which is nice, bright and spacious. It comes with furniture in the picture.

I'm a 29 year old primary teacher and jo is a 27 year old nurse. We've just returned from 18 months of travelling and working abroad. Our interests are in the outdoors, but we also like nights in with good food, ale and a movie.

We are looking for someone, around our age, who has like minded interests and most importantly a person who enjoys a tidy and peaceful home.

We would be more than happy to share with a couple and the rent for two would be ££450 which includes all bills, council tax and WiFi.
