Double and single rooms to rent in shared house. In the house there is a shared kitchen with washing machine, bathroom, dining/living room (with TV and Sky) and a friendly pet cat.

Double bedroom consists of double bed with under bed storage, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside cabinets. Single room has single bed, overhead storage, beside cabinet.

The house is within a short walking distance to the local shops in Shiregreen and is located on the bus route in to town. Off street parking is also included.

Would suit professional working persons. No DSS. Must be cat lover. All bills included except gas which requires a contribution depending on how much is used. WIFI is included. Smokers are welcome.
