1 Room in student house. 3 minutes from University

1 room available in a house of six, which is an attic room. It's furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, desk, chair and wardrobe. There is a small concrete garden out the back, which can be used for barbecues along with a shelter bikes can be stored to keep dry.

The house has a large shared living room, a decent sized kitchen and two bathrooms, one with a shower, and one with a shower/bath.

Washing machine, a large fridge, 2 freezers, and plenty of cupboard space.

We are three minutes walk from both the University of Sheffield and West Street.

The current tenants are all students, but are in mixed years and study different degrees. We do tend to enjoy things like anime, and often have movie or anime nights in, as opposed to going out as a group. We also tend to be happy if someone wants to host things at the house for other friends, as long as advanced warning is given.

Bill's aren't included, however are approximately £15 a month, including water, broadband and electricity/gas.

Contract is from July 1st 2015 to July 1st 2016.
