Short-term tenant wanted! Quiet, very clean and respectful, non-smoking, female tenant wanted. The room available is the largest room in the property, and the property is fully furnished. The property is a 3 bedroom, with a large kitchen, living room, shared bathroom and backyard. There is a washing machine, and we have fast broadband. There are two of us and a friendly, small dog living in the property right now.

The house is located just off trendy Eccleshall road, and is very near to a park and a lot of shops and restaurants. Tesco Express and Sainsbury are a close walk. Please contact if you are interested in seeing the room.
