The flat is located at the top of Ecclesall Road (very close to loads of bars and restaurants), opposite a large Waitrose, 10 min walk to city centre, 15 min walk to Sheffield Hallam city campus, 10 min walk to Collegiate campus, 20 min walk to train station and 5 min walk to a large Aldi.

For those requiring parking, there is on-street parking surrounding the property as well as the Waitrose car park located directly opposite the flat.

You'd be sharing the flat with myself; I'm a final year university student so gone are the days of going out 4 nights a week! I spend a lot of time at the library studying but when I'm not at uni I love to cook, travel, eat out, shop, see my friends and am always up for a glass of wine and a chat in the evening :) I keep the flat clean and tidy so would be wanting someone who respects this too.
