Double bedroom in Meersbrook

Hi my name is Ben and a room has become available at my house. It is a large 3 bedroom terrace with a nice garden with decking. The house is in a great location, close to the city centre, across from Meersbrook Park and close to many shops and good restaurants.

The house has been decorated throughout in the last three years, with every wall painted and new carpets fitted. It is fully furnished and is lovingly kept by the people that live there. There is a very large open kitchen dining room and spacious living room with a big digital TV. Additional storage space is available in the cellar.

The room available is the 1st floor master bedroom. It has a large window and is furnished with a wardrobe, bedside table, desk, double bed, mattress and drawers. This is a massive room!

The two other people living at the house are Lydia and Alexander. They are both professionals who work Monday to Friday and have active schedules during the week and at weekends. They are both into outdoor activities and enjoy cooking healthy food and try to keep the house homely. They're looking for a friendly, laid back housemate who is happy to socialise.

All bills are included in the price and that includes TV and Broadband.
