One furnished double room available NOW in a 2 story shared maisonette in a period Victorian building with high ceilings. Fully furnished and freshly painted (the photos don't do it justice!). The room is equipped with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bedside table and a comfy bed (mattress less than a year old).

The house has 3 tidy professionals currently taking the other double rooms, one with an en-suite. They are 3 friendly guys who will make you feel at home straightaway.

It's a great location on a quiet tree lined street 5 minutes walk from Ecclesall Road, Sharrowvale Road, supermarkets and just around the corner from a great pub (The Stag). It’s a 15min walk to the train station and city centre.

Doesn't include bills but does cover super fast broadband.

Large kitchen diner with washing machine and a very big lounge with 10 seater sofa great for chilling out. New bathroom installed this time last year.
