Each has an individual layout but all comprise of a bedroom/ living space and separate kitchenette and shower/wc room. This is a fully refurbished property and all fixtures and fittings are new throughout. This includes carpets, decor, doors, kitchen units and appliances, showers, WC's, Central heating system, beds and furniture.
One washer/dryer will be available for all tenants to share.
Each room has its own wall mounted TV and broadband is also provided.
We have 2 appartments priced at £125 per week and a third at £115 per week.
The rent is to include council tax, all utility bills and high speed fibre optic broadband.
There will be a no pets and a no smoking policy in all appartments.

Proof of identity(passport, birth certificate or drivers license)
Rent is to be paid one month in advance
