Hey, we have one spare bedroom available. It's a five bedroom house with two girls and two boys. We are all students going into our third year at the University of Sheffield. The available bedroom is a fairly large room with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. We have a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dining table etc, a ground floor living room with tv and an additional living room in the basement with a pool table. The house is located on Brunswick street and is only a five minute walk from the uni. We are all very friendly and easy to get along with. We pay £387 a month rent, and around £40 a month bills (gas & electricity, water, broadband). We'd be more than happy to show you around so send us a message if you're interested! :)
