The house is one of the closest to city campus available for this price.
The bills are included and includes: TV, license, SKY TV, virgin fibre-optic.
One flatmate has a projector which is good for 60 inch and there is ample space in the separate lounge for this.
The house is a rare one with have no downstairs bedroom. Instead we have our own lounge with a coffee table 32" flat screen TV and sofas.
The kitchen with not having the lounge in is big compared to other houses and comes with a dishwasher.
The flatmates are very nice. Once a person is found another viewing will be requested to decide on rooms etc.
The deposit has been paid so you will owe one flat mate the money but it wont be demanded straight away. The only thing to be paid is the administration fee which is flat fee for all the estate agents houses.
