Immediate double room to rent in modern town house

Hi My name is Caroline. ive just started up my own business and looking for some extra income by renting out the ground floor double ensuite bedroom, with patio doors onto the garden to allow you to have your own space.
the house is a modern three storey town house short walk to tram/bus and close to city centre, 5 mins to crystal peaks/damons diner.
I love to cook, chill in, go out for drinks, cinema, walking as I have a 1 yr old friendly fun loving cocker spaniel called bella. im looking for someone who is easy going, clean and tidy, likes to socialaise and also likes to have own space when needed. I prefer to have a female rent the room and would love to hear from you. thanks caroline
