A nice double room to rent in Heeley S-2 area

Hi All,

I have a nice double room with loads of storage to rent in a 4 bedroom house. The room comes with a small store room attached to it. The room contains all the furnitures including a large double bed, side tables, chest, Big study table with Chair, a wardrobe and a mirror. The double bed also has four drawers under it which gives you a lot of storage.
The property is well furnished and contains a cooker with oven, washing machine, broadband etc.
Currently there are already 3 people living in the property who are very friendly and I am the 4th one who is moving out of the property due to change in job. I am looking someone to replace me ASAP.
The rent is 260 per calendar month which doesn't include the bills.
The bills include the gas, electricity, council and the broadband which will be nearly £50 a month.
