Room to rent! Lovely, affordable 3 bedroom house

A cute and cosy 3 double bedroomed house with the downstairs room becoming available in June. 1 bathroom, a box room, kitchen and a lovely garden. Neill Road is a fab location just off Ecclesall road, next to shops, restaurants, bars, the Uni and parks.
We are 2 girls (ideally looking for another girl), one of us is studying a masters and the other is studying to be a nurse at Sheffield Hallam and we have lived here for 2 years. We are looking for a student/young professional aged 22-25 who is friendly, likes to go for a drink every so often and who is clean and tidy as we are really busy and like to come back to a clean house.
Bills aren’t included but are very cheap.
The landlord is very helpful and will always sort out any issues if they arise.
