The apartment is a brand new, stylish renovation. The building is an converted cutlery works so if full of character and is really unique.

I am three months before the end of my contract but unfortunately due to a change of circumstances need to leave the property so am looking for someone to take my place.
You would only need to commit to the room for three months, but could stay on for longer if you want to. The landlord is relaxed, but reliable.

The apartment has a really nice, with a grown-up professional feel. It is perfect four young professionals because you have a great opportunity to socialise, but can also have your own privacy and space if you prefer.

Parking - Available for £100 per year with a permit

Location - 5 minutes walk to city centre and 10 mins to ecclesall road

Bedroom - My room is the biggest in the flat, it has a large exposed brick chimney breast and beams with a feature light, a desk, brand new mattress, large double wardrobe with ful length mirror, desk and chair. It is cosy, warm and homely with a modern twist.

Flatmates - There are 2 girls and 2 boys in the other rooms, everyone is very easy going and sociable.

Security - All rooms have individual locks, the whole building has CCTV and intercom and there is a pin-entry on the main doors

Kitchen - There is a large, fully fitted modern kitchen/living area with washer/dryer, a large fridge, two freezers

Bathrooms - The room has a decent sized, modern en suite bathroom with a shower.
