Large double bedroom to rent on a lovely quiet street a short walk away from both Crookes and Walkley high streets.

The room is light & airy and has great views across Sheffield (you'll notice that in the photos there aren't any curtains but there are now!). It is furnished with a kingsized bed, a chest of drawers, desk and a bedside table. There is also a (sort of) walk- in wardrobe which provides plenty of storage space.

The house is very warm and cozy, has all the usual amenities/ facilities etc and has been recently decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has excellent transport links (bus stops for both the 52 and 95 buses are just around the corner), there is plenty of on street parking and the city centre, Hallamshire Hospital and the universities are only 20/30 mins walk away.

There is a little courtyard at the back of the house which is perfect for sitting out in the sun/ BBQs etc.

You would be sharing with two professionals in their late 20s (one of which works away during the week), who are both sociable, tidy and respectful etc.

The rent includes all bills, including Sky Plus and fibre optic broadband.
