4 bed house, one bedroom occupied, situated near Sheffield university. All rooms are a good size and furnished. The entire house is recently refurbished with new laminate flooring, new boiler, new kitchen units etc.
The house is 10 minutes walk from the medical and dental schools and roughly 20 minutes into town. Within a 3 minute walk is a Coop and Sainsburys.
I am looking to live with reasonably clean and tidy housemates, with no smoking in the house. I'm very sociable and approachable, so if you need a good chat to get things off your chest I'll be there at the end of the day.
