Large double room in a cosy house in Walkley

Hi, I'm Katy I'm a final year medical student and I have a large double room to rent in my house in Walkley.

The house has a shared living room with a telly with virgin TiVo and broadband. The kitchen has 2 fridges, a dishwasher, washer and oven. There is a small garage in the garden which is perfect for the secure storage of bikes etc, also in the garage is a chest freezer and a dryer.

The bathroom has both a bath and shower.
The room has a double bed, a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and shelf unit. Along with your very own skylight with a lovely view of Sheffield.
