Large attic room with king size double bed, rocking chair, TV, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Freeview available in bedroom and sky if required for extra £10 a month. Sky available in shared living room. WiFi is available in property sand included in the rent. Cleaning products are included in the rent as are things like toilet paper, washing up liquid etc. Rent is £550 for a couple.
No contract. Just pay rent at the beginning of the month.
Live in landlord and lodger couple already in house. All working or studying full time. Hobbies between us include dancing, running, gardening, climbing, socialising, cricket.
Non smoking house but smokers fine to smoke in garden if required.
If preferred there is a small double (this is currently my bedroom) which can be rented for £350 a month and I just then move to the attic.
