Light, airy, spacious, double bedroom. . Use of shared bathroom which has a shower/bath/wc plus a downstairs wc. I have my own shower room, so the shower/bath is not shared. I don't use the bathroom a lot.

The street is a bit of an enclave & used by residents for the most part, and just a few minutes from a park.

In the last 10 years, the house has undergone a renovation programme and has had new central heating, electrical rewire, new bathroom/toilet facilities, & new double glazing to the guest bedroom. The kitchen comprises a brand new washing machine, gas oven, microwave, etc. I have a landlord gas & recent electrical certificate. There is fibre unlimited broadband provided by Sky. At present, I am looking for a short term let/medium term let. I am looking for one person to share with.

There is a large garden which is south facing. the room overlooks the garden, and is quite high up, due to the geography of the area, and has an amazing view, especially at night. Just a few minutes walk to the bus which goes to the city centre or Meadowhall. Buses are very frequent.

Strictly no smoking.

Small shopping centre at Firth Park - Has library, supermarkets, post office, etc. Close to Concord Sports Centre & swimming pool. Lots of takeaways, and an Arabian restaurant.
The rent includes all household bills, & General cleaning products for the house. (Except telephone calls)
